Dear Parents, We are pleased to inform you that we will be running our 2026 Summer Day Camp at ISC-Choueifat. We believe that, now more than ever, it is important to preserve a sense of continuity and provide our students with opportunities for positive engagement, stability, and joy in a safe and supportive environment. This year’s summer camp, scheduled to begin on July 8, 2026, is designed to provide students with a balanced and structured experience that combines in-school activities with carefully planned outings. Participants will be divided into age groups, with each group following its own weekly schedule tailored to their interests and developmental needs. A typical Monday, Wednesday, and Friday (10:00 a.m. to 2:45 p.m.) will be divided into four sessions which will include in-school activities such as football, basketball, taekwondo, kickball, fun games, badminton, recreational games, life hacks, water volleyball, table tennis, dancing, gymnastics, survival skills, field games, car track, face painting, arts & crafts, puppet show, board games, storytelling, volleyball, tennis, Math and Science games, treasure hunt, dodge ball, picnics, and more. An exciting line-up of fun and educational outings has been scheduled on Tuesdays and Thursdays (10:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.) These include visits to water parks, touristic sites, mountain activities, amusement parks, bowling, laser tag, theme parks, water activities, etc. Registration is open until June 29, 2026 for all students (SABIS® and non-SABIS®) from aged 3 to 15. Fees cover lunch, insurance, two T-shirts and one cap, as well as all sessions and outings. Transportation to and from school will be available for an additional fee. Conditions of Admission I, the undersigned Parent/Guardian, hereby register my Child (participant), whose name appears below, in the school’s Summer Day Camp 2026. In doing so, I acknowledge that I have read and agreed to each of the following conditions of admission: Refund Policy: The full amount must be paid in advance. Should the student choose not to attend for some reason, fees will not be refunded. Health: In the event of a medical emergency, the school and/or its designated representatives will make reasonable efforts to contact the Parent/Guardian prior to arranging any medical treatment. However, if, as the Parent/Guardian, I cannot be reached in a timely manner, I authorize the School, including the Summer Camp organizers, to arrange for hospital admission and/or any medical treatment deemed necessary by qualified medical professionals. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, I agree that the School and its representatives shall not be held liable for any act or omission in connection with such emergency medical care. I further agree to indemnify and reimburse the School, or any entity within the SABIS® group of companies, for any medical, dental, or related expenses incurred on behalf of my child during the Summer Camp that are not covered by applicable insurance. Waivers of Liability: I acknowledge that, despite the application of reasonable safety standards, participation in summer camp activities entails inherent risks of injury that cannot be completely eliminated. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, I hereby agree to waive, release, and discharge the School and its representatives, including its subsidiaries, sister companies, parent company, affiliates, assignees, officers, directors, employees, personnel, volunteers, organizers, and any entity member of the SABIS® group of companies (collectively, the “Released Parties”), from and against any and all claims, demands, actions, causes of action, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including legal fees), whether known or unknown, foreseen or unforeseen, arising out of or in connection with my Child’s participation in the summer camp. Notwithstanding the foregoing, nothing in this waiver shall exclude or limit liability to the extent that such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law, including, without limitation, liability arising from gross negligence, willful misconduct, or fraud on the part of any of the Released Parties. Refusal of Application: The Summer Day Camp administration reserves the right to refuse admission to any applicant, based on its own sole discretion and based on history of discipline or medical condition(s), without having to provide any justification or explanation thereafter. Photographs: Photographs and videos of students may be taken during Summer Camp activities (the “Material”) and may be used by the School and the SABIS® Network for marketing and promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media, websites, newsletters, publications, banners, and billboards. The Material will be used to promote and advertise the Summer Day Camp, the School, and other SABIS® activities (the “Purpose”). All rights in the Material shall vest exclusively in the School. The Child may be identified by name. No compensation or remuneration shall be payable to the Parent/Guardian or the Child for any such use. The Parent/Guardian may request withdrawal of consent at any time; however, such withdrawal shall apply only to future use and shall not affect Material already published or in circulation.
