Dear Parents, We are happy to announce that the Summer Day Camp will begin on July 6, 2026. Students may enroll in either the six-week, or the four-week summer program, five days a week from Monday to Friday. Participants will be divided into age groups and each group will have its own schedule of activities and outings. A typical Monday, Wednesday and Friday will be divided into four to five sessions which will include in-school activities such as swimming, water polo, water fun games, arts and crafts, football, taekwondo, badminton, robotics, dancing, gymnastics, fun games, field games, car track, face painting, puppet show, board games, movies, storytelling, basketball, treasure hunt, culinary activities, picnics, and more. An exciting line-up of fun and educational outings has been scheduled on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10:00a.m. to 4:00p.m. These may include visits to tourist sites, summer resorts, mountain activities, amusement parks, water activities, etc. The Schedule is as follows and the related fees are on the registration form: Summer Day Camp (open to all SABIS® and non-SABIS® students) 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. (Mon, Wed, Fri), 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (Tue & Thu) Registration is open until July 1, 2026 for all students (SABIS® and non-SABIS®) from aged 3 to 15. Conditions of Admission I, the undersigned Parent/Guardian, hereby register my Child (participant), whose name appears below, in the school’s Summer Day Camp 2026. In doing so, I acknowledge that I have read and agreed to each of the following conditions of admission: Refund Policy: The full amount must be paid in advance. Should the student choose not to attend for some reason, fees will not be refunded. Health: In the event of a medical emergency, the school and/or its designated representatives will make reasonable efforts to contact the Parent/Guardian prior to arranging any medical treatment. However, if, as the Parent/Guardian, I cannot be reached in a timely manner, I authorize the School, including the Summer Camp organizers, to arrange for hospital admission and/or any medical treatment deemed necessary by qualified medical professionals. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, I agree that the School and its representatives shall not be held liable for any act or omission in connection with such emergency medical care. I further agree to indemnify and reimburse the School, or any entity within the SABIS® group of companies, for any medical, dental, or related expenses incurred on behalf of my child during the Summer Camp that are not covered by applicable insurance. Waivers of Liability: I acknowledge that, despite the application of reasonable safety standards, participation in summer camp activities entails inherent risks of injury that cannot be completely eliminated. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, I hereby agree to waive, release, and discharge the School and its representatives, including its subsidiaries, sister companies, parent company, affiliates, assignees, officers, directors, employees, personnel, volunteers, organizers, and any entity member of the SABIS® group of companies (collectively, the “Released Parties”), from and against any and all claims, demands, actions, causes of action, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including legal fees), whether known or unknown, foreseen or unforeseen, arising out of or in connection with my Child’s participation in the summer camp. Notwithstanding the foregoing, nothing in this waiver shall exclude or limit liability to the extent that such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law, including, without limitation, liability arising from gross negligence, willful misconduct, or fraud on the part of any of the Released Parties. Refusal of Application: The Summer Day Camp administration reserves the right to refuse admission to any applicant, based on its own sole discretion and based on history of discipline or medical condition(s), without having to provide any justification or explanation thereafter. Photographs: Photographs and videos of students may be taken during Summer Camp activities (the “Material”) and may be used by the School and the SABIS® Network for marketing and promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media, websites, newsletters, publications, banners, and billboards. The Material will be used to promote and advertise the Summer Day Camp, the School, and other SABIS® activities (the “Purpose”). All rights in the Material shall vest exclusively in the School. The Child may be identified by name. No compensation or remuneration shall be payable to the Parent/Guardian or the Child for any such use. The Parent/Guardian may request withdrawal of consent at any time; however, such withdrawal shall apply only to future use and shall not affect Material already published or in circulation.
