The Personal Data collected and stored through the Contact Us section is used solely to respond to your inquiries and provide the assistance you request when reaching out to us. PERSONAL DATA TRANSFER AND SHARING

The Website is hosted by SABIS^® Educational Systems, Inc., with data backed up locally at a U.S. Data Center and online via Barracuda Cloud Backup, which utilizes Azure and Amazon AWS infrastructure within the United States.

We will endeavor to keep your information accurate and up-to-date and not keep it for longer than is necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Policy unless otherwise required by law.

Personal Data collected through the Application form and Contact us Form will be transferred directly to the relevant School, where the Summer Camp is being operated and will not be stored in the Website's database. Only authorized School employees, such as administrative staff, will receive this Personal Data to contact the Data Subject and/or process an application form for their child. The School will securely store the Personal Data using measures like encryption and access controls, retaining it only for as long as necessary to fulfill these purposes and ensuring it is not used for unrelated purposes, such as marketing, without a prior explicit consent.
